Jason Potts
Air Quality Specialist

Jason Potts commenced his career in air quality with the manufacturing and testing of analytical instrumentation in November 1999. During his initial training Jason gained a wealth of knowledge in ambient, CEM and process applications. His passion for AQM and applied engineering provided a steady career development that facilitated access to projects within Australia and overseas.

After reaching this milestone, Jason decided to further his career in process control within the petrochemical industry. Jason's primary role was the implementation of DCS, SCADA, safety shutdown systems, and industrial networks for LNG and petrochemical sector.

Jason's was responsible for open architecture DCS systems and instrument measurement. He was appointed to the role of primary technical support to petrochemical clients such as Mobil, Caltex and TRU-energy, Woodside and Santo.


Ben Clydsdale
Air Quality Specialist

BNatRes, Electrical Contractors Licence, Cert 3 Industrial Electronics, Cert 3 Advanced PLC's

Ben Clydsdale commenced his career working with Australia's largest environmental consultancy. Ben's initial focus was environmental monitoring for mine compliance. This role saw Ben managing the operation of environmental monitoring contracts for companies such as BHP and Rio Tinto. Ben was responsible for training and supervision of staff, ensuring work was completed on time and to budget, liaising with clients, internal laboratories and external contractors, maintenance of databases and preparing environmental monitoring reports.

Ben's technical aspirations lead him to commence an electrical trade. Throughout his apprenticeship Ben gained experience in all aspects of industrial electrical works, maintenance and calibration of environmental monitoring equipment to Australian Standards. Ben also gained valuable experience working on industrial SCADA networks comprised of microwave and RF radios, utilizing industrial protocols. By the completion of his apprenticeship Ben had designed, installed and commissioned a wide variety of environmental monitoring stations including meteorological and ambient air quality stations, water quality stations and CEM systems.
